Statement:  

A curiosity shop of dark cluttered corners, fleeting images, and visual remnants - 
I am the child who stares quizzically out the car window watching other drivers 
leave their lives or journey to them, counting birds as they disappear in a lonesome 
sky, and falling asleep as a solitary street light burns out at daybreak. The images 
I make define my encounters with places and things that, for me, held an emotive 
presence; the collection of which creates my personal archaeology as both 
observer and participant. They become proof of my intrinsic part in the play of 
moments; a distillation of personal connections and narrative that is sometimes 
fraught with intent and more often cooled by chance.  

I work with digital and film formats, utilizing archival pigment and alternative printing
process such as Van Dyke, Cyanotype and Platinum. Images are printed by me on
100% photo rag papers such as Hahnemuhle, and BFK Rives, and Canson 
watercolor papers.
